What are the pickup and drop off locations?

The pickup and drop off will be made from/to your hotel in Krabi. The pickup timing is from 7.15 am – 7.30 am. The travellers are requested to be ready at the hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to the pickup time. Likewise, after the river rafting tour gets over, you need to report at the departure point. From there, you will be dropped back to your hotel as quickly as possible. The drop off time will be between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm, based on the time taken. If anyone is staying away from Krabi, they need to contact the tour operator for transfer service. If not, they can find an alternative mode of transport and reach the destination on time.

Can someone else travel on my behalf?

No. Due to security reasons, one cannot give his ticket to someone else under any circumstances. As per the ticket guidelines, visitors cannot replace them with another person, be it a family member, friend, or colleague. After successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours. Since his name is registered in all places, he cannot ask someone else to travel on his behalf. If anyone found violating the rules, he or she will be removed from the tour and have to face the consequences.

How can I cancel the booking?

There is a free cancellation. If you cancel at least 3 days before the actual tour day, 50% of the total amount will be given as a refund. If you cancel within 3 days prior to the start date, there is no refund amount provided. Similarly, there will be a 100% refund, if the river rafting in Phang Nga, Phuket, elephant trekking, and all sightseeing places are cancelled.
