The Winter season in Anthargange starts from December and goes on till February, the Monsoon stays from June to November and finally, the summer will show its effects from March to May.

Monsoon (June to November) is the most preferable season to visit here as the temperature remains cold and rain provides a good relief from the heat. During winter (December to February) the temperature stays cold and drops down till 19 degree Celsius with a maximum of 32 degree Celsius.

The gate of Anthargange welcomes you with a temple. You have to climb 200 steps to reach the temple complex. This temple is the source of Anthargange, a holy and mysterious place of the source of water coming from beneath the rocks.

 From the temple, there is a 2-minute walk to begin your journey of Anthargange trekking. Then after trekking on a moderate climb for 45 minutes you will be welcomed by the villagers who reside in the group of 7 villages atop hills.
