You will trek for about 14 kilometres from Govindghat to Ghangaria, which takes around 8 to 10 hours. From Ghangaria, it is another 14 kilometres to the Valley of Flowers, which requires 7 to 8 hours of walking.

Can Bhrigu Lake be done in 1 day?

Yes, it is possible to complete the Bhrigu Lake Trek in one day, but it can take 10 to 12 hours. The trek starts from Gulaba, goes through Rola Kholi to Bhrigu Lake, and back to Gulaba. It is considered the best easy trek in India and is suitable for both beginners and experienced hikers.
