I Heard There Was a Secret Choir: With your WNDR Museum Tickets explore this exhibit combines over 400 voices humming the well-known and beloved song Hallelujah in an enchanting enclosed space. Despite the fact that the room is empty, the effect is similar to walking and weaving through a massive choir.
Lost in Da Stardust: Enter a doodle world filled with wonder and awe. 'Lose yourself' in a world of art, space, and time. Allow your imagination to run wild. With your WNDR Museum Tickets you can witness Lauren Asta's public artwork, which can be found throughout Chicago neighborhoods, is intended to visually stimulate and inspire an audience by featuring her cast of characters doing what they do best: being humorous about the human experience.
COLORBOX: COLORBOX is an AR-enabled mural designed to bridge the gap between the intangibility of digital works and the viewer. Art has traditionally been presented as static images created solely for display. COLORBOX adds interactivity to the traditional viewing experience by incorporating AR.
FLUX ROOM: FLUX ROOM is an immersive multi-sensory experience set in an infinitely shifting futurescape. SANTIAGO, an Indigenous futurist, has created an experiential work that stimulates our perpetual concepts of memory and future through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning. The sounds, visuals, and scents are all generated algorithmically, creating a hyper-real environment that feels familiar but never exists.
Flip Disc (Particles 45): Flip-Discs 45 investigates human reaction and movement using BREAKFAST's unique Flip-Disc technology. BREAKFAST started experimenting with the Flip-Discs in 2012, a mechanical display technology designed in the 1960s for airport signage. BREAKFAST modified the technology to accelerate the speed at which the discs can flip and began designing large-scale installations with it. BREAKFAST redeveloped and modernized the technology in 2017, transforming it into an unrivaled technological medium.
