How to reach -

By Train: Tourists can use popular trains like UP Sampark Kranti (2448) leaves Delhi Hazrat Nizammudin railway station at 20:35 PM, reaches Khajuraho 7:50 AM. Further drive from Khajuraho to Panna national park can be done by taxi cabs. Apart from this, tourists have the option to take more than 20 trains from Delhi to Jhansi railway station and further journey by tourist cab or bus service.

By Flight: Khajuraho is the nearest airport (40kms) for Panna national park. As if now, there is no non-stop flight from Delhi to Khajuraho bus 1-stop flight options are available. Air India and Jet Airways are the airlines that operate between New Delhi and Khajuraho. Every week, there are 10 flights from New Delhi to Khajuraho. Of this number, Air India has 3 (alternate days.) and Jet Airways has 7 (all days in a week).

By Road: Travel distance from Delhi to Khajuraho is approx. 650kms which is a long-distance so usually direct drive is avoided but in special cases like flight cancellation, train delays, tourists have undertaken this journey They sometimes take a journey break at Gwalior. Route from New Delhi (NH2) - Faridabad - Mathura - Agra - Morena - Datia - Jhansi - Chhatarpur - Panna Tiger Reserve.
