- If cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- By Car: Take the route via Av. António Augusto de Aguiar from the city center, it will take you approximately 15 minutes to reach your destination.
- By Bus: Board bus number 701, 716, 726, 731, 746, 754, 755, 758, 768, 770, 771, or 55B and get off at Sete Rios stop, the nearest bus stop to the Lisbon Zoo. The stop is within the walking distance, which is approximately 10-20 metres.
- By Train: Take the Sintra line train and get off at Sete Rios station, which is around 100 metres away from the zoo and will take you approximately 5-10 minutes walking time to reach the destination.
