- If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- By Metro: Take the Green Line Metro towards Bur Dubai and exit at Sharaf DG Metro Station (previously known as Al Fahidi metro station). The metro station takes the Al Musallah Road North/South Exit and walks towards Al Fahidi Roundabout.
- By Car: Driving towards the east (Sharjah) on Sheikh Zayed Road, follow the signs to Al Maktoum Bridge/Bur Dubai, and then follow the signs to the Ruler’s Court.
- By Abra: To reach SMCCU from Deira Old Souk Abra Station, take the abra boat from the Abra Station for 1 Dirham to go to Bur Dubai Abra Station, walk through Al Souq Al Kabeer until you see the creek shore.
