- If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

About Amchong Tea Estate:
Amchong Tea Estate lies close to the eastern edge of Guwahati, where cultivated slopes meet forested land. It is one of the quieter corners of Assam’s tea-producing belt, where narrow red-earth paths wind through tea bushes and the movement of daily estate work continues without much noise. A small factory and an old colonial bungalow sit within the estate, tying together the routine of production and a piece of its past. The air carries the scent of tea leaves, and the surroundings remain largely undisturbed by traffic or city life.
About Amchong Tea Estate Tour:
The tour through Amchong has been arranged to give visitors a close look at the processes behind the tea they drink. The day begins with tea plucking, done with guidance, followed by a visit to the factory where the leaves go through stages of withering, rolling, and drying. A tea tasting session is included, where five types of tea—Masala, Orthodox, CTC, Rose, and Green—are served. There are four versions of the tour. The longest includes a nursery visit, plucking, factory tour, tea tasting, lunch, and hi-tea. The other formats offer shorter combinations of these. Meals are vegetarian unless requested otherwise. A jeep ride through the estate is available with select packages.
