Dhanaulti's Eco Park is located in the Garhwal Himalayas at an altitude of about 2,286 m and is one of the best places to visit in Sikkim. It covers 13 hectares of lush deodar and oak forest and has two connected areas, Amber and Dhara, that are only 200 m apart. Enjoy a leisurely picnic with your family with a designated children’s area, benches and eco huts.
As the sun rises, the soft light from the Himalayas shines through the tall conifers, making it the perfect time for a mindful walk or a photo shoot. Sky-walking ropes, flying-fox ziplines, Burma-bridge crossings, rock climbing, and more are all available for thrill-seekers. Each activity comes with safety gear and local guides.
Visitors can plant trees in memory of loved ones through a special "memory sapling" program. The money from the fees goes to both conservation and community livelihoods. Eco Park is a peaceful but lively mix of eco-tourism, adventure, and Himalayan magic that is great for families, couples, and nature lovers.

Amber (about 12 ha) and Dhara (about 3.5 ha) are 200 m apart and have thick forests of deodar, oak, pine, and rhododendron. The winding paths go by eco-huts, benches, swings, and beautiful views of the Himalayas. The Forest Department and local youth take care of these areas, which combine conservation with helping people make a living
Rope skywalks, flying fox ziplines, Burma bridges, commando nets, and rock-climbing routes are all available for adventurers to try. These activities are safe for people of all ages and make forest hikes more fun.
The Memory Sapling program lets people plant trees in memory of people they love. The project helps biodiversity and helps people feel more connected to the environment. Money from buying saplings and paying entrance fees goes directly to reforestation and helps local conservation projects.
At Amber Zone's riverside yoga centre and interpretation hub, guided sessions focus on Himalayan biodiversity, forest ecology, and sustainability. Sessions take place among tall deodar trees, where people can learn and meditate at the same time. Quiet trails close by are great for walking with awareness and being aware of wildlife.
There are Himalayan birds in the park, such as the Monal, yellow-billed blue magpie, black bulbul, and sunbirds. There are wildflowers like purple rhododendrons and ferns all over the forest floor. People who love birds often see more than a dozen species on a walk, such as barbets and cuckoos.
Eco Park in Dhanaulti is a 13-hectare forested retreat with two parts (Amber and Dhara). It is home to deodar, oak, and rhododendron trees and is only 200 meters from Dhanaulti's main market and Forest Rest House.
